Service Agreement

At Embold, we have a standard service agreement that allows you to share influencer's content on social media as long as credit is given. If you'd like, you can add additional terms that must be accepted by influencers in order to participate in a campaign. Some additional features that you may include in your service agreement are:

• Travel – If influencers must travel for the campaign this can be included in the service agreement.
• Location – Certain campaigns are only applicable in a specific region. This means that only influencers located in a specific area can apply for your campaign.
• Exclusivity – You can request that if influencers choose to accept your campaign, they cannot work with a competing brand during the course of the campaign.
• Reusing Content – After a campaign is over, you may add additional terms requesting to reuse any content the influencers have posted during their campaign.

Here is how to add terms to a campaign:

1. First, begin creating your campaign

2. On “Create Campaign Step 4” you will be shown a copy of Embold’s standard service agreement. There is also a text box where you have the option to add in your additional terms. Any additional terms added here will be shown to the influencer when they are signing up for the campaign.
