What is My Available Balance and How Does It Work?

Do you have an available balance on your account and aren't sure what it means? Your available balance is any unused funds from campaigns that have been completed. These funds get added to your available balance for you to use when launching your next campaign.

Essentially:

• This is the balance that you have added to your account but that is not currently allocated to any campaign
• The available balance can be used for any campaign that is currently live/underway, or for any future campaigns
• If you have finished a campaign and have a remaining balance that was not used, it gets added to your available balance
• View your balance by clicking "Financial" on the left-hand side of your account
